Live Like Christ
Align your intentions with His heart and trust in the strength of love to mend racial divide.
Relentless Faith
It was faith, a relentless faith in God and hope for a better future they suffered and why many of us are here today.
Imitate Christ
It is what we are called to do “imitate” Christ but not to be lauded or seen as someone special but to be an example of Christ in behavior and in action.
HIS Faithfulness
We fall away, reject Him, refuse to obey His words, continually sin and He continues to pursue us.
Living for Christ
Living for Christ means being an example of His nature, His purpose, and His life yet it doesn’t mean things will be easy.

Christ’s Perfect Will
It is the dream that drives those who seek love, unity, fellowship, fairness, equity and justice. This must be the rallying cry for all Christians if we are to fulfill the will of God.

Renew Your Mind
When you were saved, the Holy Spirit took up residence in you and it is that power that lives inside of all believers that can reshape your thinking and allow you to see things the way God sees them.

Complete Joy
The spiritual meaning of joy while it does encompass such feelings, its meaning turns the focus inward into a deep-rooted happiness, a happiness that is not derived on circumstances but in Christ alone and His promises to us.

Joy in Doing His Will
Life’s journeys are often filled with the unexpected and the occasional mishap but if you follow the path God lays out for you, you will find that even in the direst conditions you can experience joy and that joy comes from knowing God is with you.

Peace of Mind
“Perfect peace” is trusting in God more than trusting in yourself, exhibiting patience and confidence in Him believing that the outcome is for your good in every situation and circumstance.

The Peace of Christ
As we enter into this second week of Advent, we place our focus on peace. Not peace as the world defines peace but the peace that God ushers in.

A Ray of Hope
When you’ve spent time with the Lord your encounters with Him should be familiar. So much so that when even in the dark, you can find the light, His light. It is what I refer to as God’s “Ray of Hope.” Jesus is our hope, a light that shines in the dark, and for those whose hope is in Him it will never fail.

The Hope of Advent
Sunday marked the beginning of Advent, a season of preparation. It is a time when Christians spend several weeks in penance, prayer and fasting as we prepare for the coming of Christ.

Be Thankful
This Thanksgiving will be like none other. We have been encouraged to alter our plans, to forego family celebrations, to consider the health of others, and to exercise other means of being with friends and loved ones. As disappointing as this may be, it does not have to diminish the representation of “Thanksgiving Day”.

Overcomers
God does not abandon His children; Jesus reconciles us to the Father, and it is that reconciliation that brings hearts filled with joy. No one and nothing can keep us from the peace and love of God!

Dress for Success
As people of faith, wherever we go, it should be clearly seen who you belong to with or without introduction. We are chosen, the elect of God, and that means we have the capacity and hopefully the desire to emulate the characteristics of our Father.

Passion to Endure
When God has given you purpose, He also provides the encouragement to push through every hindrance and obstacle that seeks to slow you down or trip you up.

Passion & Purpose
Having purpose is a great motivator for getting things done but purpose alone may be only one ingredient in achieving a goal. You also need passion.
