HIS Faithfulness

“For the sake of his great name the LORD will not reject his people, because the LORD was pleased to make you his own (1 Samuel 12:22).

The Lord’s faithfulness is unceasing. We fall away, reject Him, refuse to obey His words, continually sin and He continues to pursue us. One would think that such assertions about our obstinance would not be words to identify as people who have received the Lord as Savior. Unfortunately it is a sad epitaph to those who have been given grace after grace, mercy after mercy but still disobey. Thanks be to our God that He is not like us. He remembers us, seeks us, forgives us, restores us and unconditionally love us!

We are His, the sheep of His pasture. Seek to live up to His great name!
