The Ultimate Comforter

“My comfort in my suffering is this: Your promise preserves my life (Psalm 119:50).”

We hurt, we experience loss, we mourn. This year has been filled with sadness, hopelessness, and often despair. So many have lost loved ones and knowing how to comfort them is often difficult because we don’t know the right words to say but God reminds us that He will sustain us, and it is knowing that He is present is what brings comfort in our suffering. That is what we must hold onto when everything around us fails to dry our tears. He is who we put our trust.
