Vision & Passion

“Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.” (Proverbs 29:18)

We often hear God has a plan for our lives, but do you have a plan for your life? If indeed we believe God’s word, which we do, then we too must not only embrace God’s plan but also exercise some initiative based on the plan/vision given.  

We are called to faithfully heed God’s word and it is then that we are able to live our lives deliberately, trusting that the outcome will fulfill His will. You need only look throughout scripture to see His ongoing faithfulness. When God gives you a vision, He also gives the passion to pursue it even in the seemingly impossible of situations.

“Jesus replied, “You do not realize now what I am doing, but later you will understand.” (John 13:7)
