The Lord Answers

“The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him (Psalm 28:7).”

Cries to God may seemingly go unanswered but just because the answer isn’t immediate doesn’t mean that He does not hear you. It is confident faith and trust in God that bolsters prayer; a belief that He girds (encircles) you as you demonstrate steadfast faith in Him. So praise Him before the answer because He really is listening to you.

It isn’t waiting for the answer that results in praise but the knowing that He will answer is a reason to praise!
