Morning Prayers

“In the morning, LORD, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait expectantly.” (Psalm 5:3)

First thing in the morning, before you start your day, begin with talking to the Lord. That’s what King David did. He prayed in the morning because he wanted to hear from God before hearing from anyone or about anything else. It wasn’t because it was the only time he could talk to God, his morning prayers are what he offered to God, submitting himself to the will of God.
