Mindset

“Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.” Colossians 3:2

Christmas, a time of merriment and excitement, completing Christmas lists, looking for the perfect present, balancing work with all of the extra to dos, it’s hard to stay focused. Haphazard drivers, overly excited children, busy streets, excessive partying and on and on. With so much going on, one could easily lose their focus causing distraction and who knows what else. Christmas is a fun time but be sure you are putting the Christ in Christmas. He is the One who is our peace and who brings peace in all of our hurriedness. So don’t become so overwhelmed with all of your to do’s such that you are forgetting the true purpose and gift of this season.
