Keep Perfect Peace

“You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you (Isaiah 26:3).”

In a world not lacking in distressing news there is a yearning to flee the onslaught of negativity heard each day. Gloom and despondency appear inescapable but there is a place where peace resides, and that place is in our mind.

It’s the mind that guides us and when we redirect our thoughts on what is good, we find peace. So, if you’re seeking peace, you need look no farther than placing your mind on our Lord who is the Prince of Peace. Focusing on Christ lessens stress, energizes, and rids of distractions as your thoughts are on the One who watches over you. He is the origin of “perfect peace”, the place where harmony and wholeness reside.
