God Walks With Us Always

“Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me (Psalm 23:4).”

We’d like to think that life is filled with beautiful green pastures and still waters but unfortunately there are also pitfalls and torrential rains. It is an experience we've all had or will have. Such realizations can make us fearful especially when we think about the looming certainty of death. Death is a certainty yet God assures us, He is with us, shepherding us, guiding us to the place of promise. It is His presence that comforts bringing consolation and relief. We need not fear evil, God is with us.
