Cry Out, God Hears All

“The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” (Psalm 34:17-18)

God is never far from us especially in times of trouble. Crying out to Him demonstrates our dependence on Him. Bear in mind, Jesus in His humanness also suffered anguish as He cried out to His Father when He prayed on the Mount of Olives. Like any loving father would do, He would provide help. God didn’t remove Him from His destiny/His purpose but sent an angel to strengthen Him. It is on the cross that God demonstrates His love and compassion for us by sending His Son to die for us. Without Christ, we would not have eternal life. Never think that God doesn’t care.
