Jesus is Coming

“Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel.” (Isaiah 7:14)

If you really want to know if a prophesy is true especially a prophesy from God, it should line up with God’s word. You can’t believe every spirit because unfortunately there are false teachers out there who will distort the word of God for their own personal interests. In 1 John 4 we are not to believe every spirit “but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world”.

It was the birth of Jesus proclaimed years before His birth that confirms the prophesy of the coming Christ. God gave us a sign and His birth was confirmed through His word. And what’s greater is this; the same One who prophesied of Christ’s birth is the same One who prophesied about His imminent return.
