Overcomer

“Who is it that overcomes the world? Only the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God.” 1 John 5:5

Life in this world isn’t easy yet there are those who, no matter what situation they face, they have peace. Not peace in absence of trial but peace in the midst of it because they don’t look at the situation, they look at the promise in God’s word. They are able to reflect on Christ, the One who is they rely on and who their confidence rests.
