Know You Are HIS Handiwork

“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” (Ephesians 2:8-9)

It’s important to know who you are or others will define that for you. Knowing who you are builds confidence and lessens the effect of what others choose to think or call you. However, knowing who you are in Christ is of greater importance than trusting in your own abilities. We have been created by God for Him and when you have God confidence, you cannot be defeated. In Him you have the strength to conquer whatever you face. Know who you are but more importantly, know who God created you to be! #godshandiwork
