Just One Thing

After they watched Jesus perform the seemingly impossible from turning water into wine to the feeding of thousands, speaking the dead back to life, and bringing sight to the blind, they asked Him only one thing, to teach them how to pray. Why prayer? 

Of all of the miraculous things Jesus accomplished it was prayer, praying like Jesus that would allow them to do the things that He did because His prayer, our prayers, prayers that get answers require supernatural power.  A power greater than us to do what Jesus did. 

The Lord is still performing miracles and you may have need for a miracle in your life. In prayer, when you pray like Jesus, miracles are possible; I’ve experienced them. May we all cry out to Christ, “teach us to pray.”
