Building Endurance as You Wait

“But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint (Isaiah 40:31).”

Eagles are a beautiful sight. Majestic and strong, they are a representation of power and might. When eagles “mount up” they gradually get larger and larger. When you mount up you too will get larger and larger and whatever is pursuing you will have to scatter. The Lord is saying to you today, it you are willing to wait on Him you too will be like that high flying eagle, running and not weary, walking and not fainting!

What have you been waiting for? What have you asked God for and haven't received an answer? My encouragement to you today is to "wait"! And just know that as you wait God is building your endurance and strengthening your spirit. He hears you and He will answer you. I can't wait to see you soar!!
