The Unchanging God

“Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.”James 1:17We serve a God who is unchanging. His word never changes, His promises are certain, He is everlasting, His faithfulness endures forever, His purpose does not change, and His presence is always with us. He is the perfect example of Someone we can depend on and who seeks our good. He is our refuge in times of trouble and our strength when are we are weak. There is no one like Him nor will there ever be. In light of this, today in expressions of gratitude lift our voices in praise not only for what He has done but for who He is. He’s simply good all of the time!To the unchanging God be glory and praise forevermore!!
