Miracle Worker

“Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father.” John 14:12

Jesus did things that are incomprehensible. From walking on water to healing thousands, to healing lepers, restoring sight, raising the dead, casting out demons, the list is long. He said, “whoever believes in” Him, they would do greater. How can that be? Consider Christ’s short life on earth and the years He preached. Today, there are vehicles (e.g., the internet etc.) in place to reach people all over the world sharing the gospel. Preaching and teaching God’s word are works and it is the word of God that wields power and changes lives.
