Forgiven

John 8:7Breaking free from a bad past is letting go of the things that seek to weigh you down. Yet not everyone wants you to experience freedom from the past and they lie in wait seeking to remind you of who you once were.Jesus freed us from sin when He offered His life for our sin (2 Corinthians 5:21). His shed blood is what bought us this liberty and should not be taken lightly. When we confess our sins God forgives us from then and cleanses us (1 John 1:9). No one has the right to condemn whom God has forgiven and restored.It doesn’t matter what you’ve done (and we have all sinned), confession brings forgiveness and forgiveness brings restoration, and restoration brings new life.
