Draw Closer

Do you ever wonder who is listening when you pray? Is Satan listening to our prayers to God? Maybe, but God is more powerful than Satan and we can trust that when we pray honestly, humbly, in faith, seeking God’s will, then he cannot thwart the will nor overcome the power of God. So be sure when you pray that it is not for recognition of others or the applause of a crowd, but in sincerity. We are not defenseless against the attacks of Satan because it is Christ who has saved us and redeemed us, and it is He who has called us righteous.
